KUALA LUMPUR: The unemployment rate in November 2023 has returned to pre-pandemic levels at 3.3 per cent, with 569,000 unemployed individuals, compared with 3.4 per cent recorded in October, according to the latest Labour Force statistics from the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).
