has rectified the terms of an agreement in which its wholly-owned subsidiary Kar Sin Bhd entered into a sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Great Wall Park Sdn Bhd for a 5.098-acre freehold land in Kuala Lumpur worth RM150mil.
