IN October 2023 I was invited to join the Joint Committee on Climate Change’s (JC3) Conference “Journey to Zero”. The fact that our major financial institutions created this committee to pursue collaborative efforts in building climate change resilience within the Malaysian financial sector is promising, as is their focus across four areas: risk management, governance and disclosure, product and innovation, and engagement and awareness.
