PETALING JAYA: A Fixed-Term Parliament Act (FTPA) implemented by the government will not clash with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s constitutional powers to consent to the dissolution of parliament requested by the Prime Minister, says electoral watchdog Bersih.
