Malaysia, Vietnam agree to address illegal fishing, discuss South China Sea issue

SAN FRANCISCO: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Vietnam’s President Vo Van Thuong have agreed to increase cooperation to address illegal fishing in Malaysian waters.
