Macron replaces embattled education minister with former justice minister Belloubet

PARIS (Reuters) – France announced a second batch of ministerial nominations on Thursday, with embattled Amelie Oudea-Castera stepping down as Education Minister and being replaced by former justice minister Nicole Belloubet.
