BUTIAMA, Tanzania, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) — Tanzanian Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa said Tuesday plans were underway to turn the residence of Tanzania’s founding President Julius Nyerere in Mwitongo village in Butiama district, Mara region in northern Tanzania into a tourist destination.
