Zelenskiy appoints ex-deputy defence minister Pavliuk as new ground forces chief

KYIV (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has appointed Oleksandr Pavliuk, former first deputy defence minister, as the new commander of Ukraine’s ground forces, according to a decree published on Sunday.
