Sweden's Northvolt commits to invest in EV battery plant in Germany

(Reuters) – Swedish lithium-ion battery producer Northvolt said on Wednesday it had committed to go ahead with its planned investment in an electric vehicle (EV) battery plant near Heide, Germany.
